Prenatal Support

• I do not put a limit on the number of prenatal meetings. I usually end up meeting with moms between 3-7 times. Which may look like a traditional prenatal with both parents, a coffee date just us, play date with our kids, or something different. My heart behind unspecified amount of meetings is to allow us to cultivate a friendship naturally, not out of scheduled obligation. I love getting to be apart of your life, which I believe is one of my biggest assets as your doula. An intentionally cultivated friendship to walk through this season of life together.

• Text and phone support as needed. Just as you would reach out to a friend on the good and bad days, I am here for you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

On Call Birth Support

• Beginning at 37 weeks, I will be on call and available to come to you whenever labor begins.

• Throughout labor I will be there to encourage you, hold your hand, squeeze those hips for hours on end, and support you however you need.

• After your baby is born, I will hang out and help get you and your family settled, fed, and cared for.

Postpartum Support

• I will plan on coming over 24-72 hours postpartum and help you around the house, check on breastfeeding, whatever else I can do to help support you.

• My on call period remains through the first two weeks postpartum. So even when things start to feel hard and overwhelming at 3am, I am here for you.
